Peer-Review Process
Manuscripts go through a double-blind peer-review process that allows for multiple perspectives and opportunities for internships. To accomplish this, reviewers work in teams that includes two master's level students and one doctoral student. The initial review is independent and followed by a collaborative review. Teams then submit a finalized rubric to the Editorial Board, who reviews rubrics and crafts decision letters. Authors will receive one of four responses: 1) accept, (2) accept with minor revisions, (3) major revisions recommended, or (4) reject.
Our mission is to be educators and guide authors through the publication process. Thus, decision letters for major and minor revisions will receive specific recommendations and opportunities for multiple reviews.
